Buddy Bites Rewards - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Buddy Bites Loyalty Program is available to registered customers with an active Buddy Bites subscriber account. Participation in the program is free. Buddy Bites reserves the right to approve, decline, or terminate membership at its discretion.
2. Earning Rewards / Cashback
Subscribers earn cashback or reward credits on eligible purchases made through the Buddy Bites website. The cashback amount may vary depending on the loyalty tier achieved by the subscriber. Cashback is issued as store credit and can only be redeemed on future purchases through Buddy Bites.
3. Tier Structure
Subscribers may progress through different loyalty tiers based on cumulative spending within a specified period. Higher tiers unlock increased cashback rates and additional subscriber benefits. Tier qualification and benefits may be reviewed and updated periodically by Buddy Bites.
4. Redemption of Rewards
Cashback credits can only be used for purchases made on our Buddy Bites platform and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or applied to previous orders.
5. Expiry of Rewards
Reward credits and cashback may have an expiration date. Any unused credits after the expiration period will automatically be forfeited.
6. Subscription Rewards
Buddy Bites rewards are exclusive to subscription customers only. Buddy Bites reserves the right to adjust how rewards are earned or redeemed for subscription-based purchases.
7. Program Changes
Buddy Bites reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, including its structure, rewards, tiers, or benefits at any time without prior notice.
8. Misuse of Program
Buddy Bites reserves the right to cancel rewards, downgrade tiers, or suspend accounts if fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms is suspected.
9. Non-Transferability
Subscriber benefits, rewards, cashback, and tiers are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
10. Cancelled or Refunded Orders
If an order that generated cashback or reward credits is cancelled, refunded, or returned, Buddy Bites reserves the right to remove or adjust the corresponding cashback credits from the subscriber’s account. Any rewards issued from such orders will be forfeited.
11. Final Decision
All decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and the operation of the loyalty program shall be made at the sole discretion of Buddy Bites.
