How it keeps for 18 months without preservatives
The cup is filled, sealed, and then steam-cooked inside its own packaging, so nothing goes in after it has been sterilised. That is the whole trick — heat and a sealed cup, not chemistry. It stays shelf stable for 18 months unopened, and needs the fridge only once you have peeled the lid.
Why we started
We visited shelters.
The dogs were eating whatever turned up.
So we built the brand to fix that. For every 2kg you buy, we donate 1kg to our shelter partners — eight of them, across Hong Kong and Singapore.
Around 20,000kg goes out every month. It isn’t a campaign. It’s just how the business works.

Can a topper replace my dog’s meal?
No — a topper is complementary food, not a complete diet. It goes on top of the kibble or wet food your dog already eats. Keep treats and toppers together under 10% of their daily calories, and reduce the kibble a little to match.
My dog reacts to chicken. Which one?
Beef & Vegetables. It is a single animal protein with no chicken anywhere in the recipe, and at 1% fat it is the lighter of the two.
Does it need refrigerating?
Not until you open it. Sealed cups keep for 18 months in a cool, dry cupboard. Once the lid is off, cover it, refrigerate it and use it within one day.
Will a fussy eater actually eat it?
Usually, yes — that is what it is for. The cup adds warmth, moisture and aroma to a dry bowl, which is what most fussy dogs are actually reacting to. Stir it through rather than leaving it on top.
