How does it work?

How does Buddy Bites work?

All ordering is done online via our website. Simply let us know how much of our premium kibble your pup needs and how often, and we will deliver that amount to your door month after month. There is no need to re-order every month, as it will do so automatically, but you can amend/pause/cancel the order any time you please (very few get the amount right first time!).

Is your product certified?

Buddy Bites backed by vets, produced in Europe and exceeds AAFCO safety standards. On top of this, we third party lab test every batch to ensure the safety of our product.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Buddy Bites strive to make our packaging as sustainable as possible. We partner with Sustainabl to ensure our boxes are both recyclable and compostable. Our poo bags are made from compostable cornstarch, and our packaging is made from recyclable materials. We are always on the lookout to make our packaging as sustainable as we can.

Can I increase/decrease my next delivery?

Absolutely! You can increase/decrease your order
any time you like. You can skip a month or pause the account or even add/remove products to your next delivery. Just login to the customer portal via the icon top right of the website. Or, let us know any time and we can make changes for you.

Delivery

When does Buddy Bites deliver?

Deliveries take 2-3working days from when you place your order.

We deliver to your door Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

If you have any issues with delivery, please drop us a message and we will be sure to sort it out immediately.

Where does Buddy Bites deliver to?

Buddy Bites delivers Monday to Saturday all across Singapore.

Is there a delivery charge?

Shipping is free when you spend $40 or more.

Orders below $40 include a $8 shipping charge

Is there a cut-off date before my next order?

To ensure delivery the next day, order before 2pm Mon-Fri

When you set up a subscription, your order will be processed automatically for you, without you lifting a finger.

How long do I have to subscribe for?

There is no set length. You can cancel at any time after your first order. 

How do I pause my order or subscription?

Pausing your subscription could not be easier. Simply log on and click the pause button. This will put your subscription on hold until you click to resume.

Can I pause my subscription because I will be on holiday?

Absolutely, you can pause your subscription for whatever reason you would like. Simply log on, press pause, and we will refrain from delivery until you tell us otherwise.
